MORTGAGE SALE - Default has been made in the conditions of a mortgage made by Cecile Eleanore Bassett, unmarried, original mortgagor(s), to PNC Reverse Mortgage, LLC, Mortgagee, dated January 25, 2011, and recorded on April 7, 2011 in Liber 1551 on Page 1, and modified by Affidavit or Order recorded on February 21, 2014 in Liber 1660 on Page 539, and assigned by said Mortgagee to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as assignee as documented by an assignment, in Isabella county records, Michigan, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of One Hundred Sixty-Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty and 10/100 Dollars ($167,830.10). Said premises are situated in Township of Deerfield, Isabella County, Michigan, and are described as: Lot 14 of Hiawatha Hills, according to the plat recorded in Liber 7 of Plats, Page 417, being a portion of the East 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 25, Town 14 North, Range 5 West, Michigan: Subject to Building and Use restrictions recorded in Liber 306 deeds, Page 365. and; Lot 15 of Hiawatha Hills, according to the Plat recorded in Liber 7 of Plats, Page 417, being a portion of the East 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 25, Town 14 North, Range 5 West, Michigan, subject to Building and Use Restrictions recorded in Liber 306 Deeds, Page 365. and; All that part of Lot 16 of Hiawatha Hills, according to the Plat recorded in Liber 7 of Plats, Page 417, lying Westerly of the following described line, to-wit: A line commencing at a point on the Northerly line of Lot 16 of Hiawatha Hills, that is 20 feet Easterly of the Northwest corner of said Lot 16, running thence Southwesterly to a point on the South line of Lot 15 of Hiawatha Hills, which is 5 feet Westerly of the Southeast corner of said Lot 15. The redemption period shall be 6 months from the date of such sale, unless determined abandoned in accordance with MCLA 600.3241a, in which case the redemption period shall be 30 days from the date of such sale. If the property is sold at foreclosure sale under Chapter 32 of the Revised Judicature Act of 1961, pursuant to MCL 600.3278 the borrower will be held responsible to the person who buys the property at the mortgage foreclosure sale or to the mortgage holder for damaging the property during the redemption period.
