Mortgage Sale - Default has been made in the conditions of a certain mortgage made by Bridgette M. Floyd, an unmarried woman to Amera Mortgage Corporation, Mortgagee, dated October 27, 2000, and recorded on November 20, 2000, in Liber 32779, Page 106, Wayne County Records, said mortgage was assigned to BANK OF AMERICA N.A. by an Assignment of Mortgage dated May 30, 2014 and recorded June 02, 2014 in Liber 51569, Page 989, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of Two Hundred Fifty-Seven Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-Seven and 99/100 ($257,467.99) including interest at the rate of 8.50000% per annum. Under the power of sale contained in said mortgage and the statute in such case made and provided, notice is hereby given that said mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them, at public venue, at the place of holding the Circuit Court in said Wayne County, where the premises to be sold or some part of them are situated, at 11:00 AM on February 19, 2015 Said premises are situated in the City of Farmington Hills, Wayne County, Michigan, and are described as: SOUTH 2 FEET OF LOT 53 AND THE NORTH 43 FEET OF LOT 54, “FRISCHKORN`S GOLF HEIGHTS SUB.”, AS RECORDED IN LIBER 73 ON PAGE 49 OF PLATS. Commonly known as: 16761 GLENMORE AVE, REDFORD, MI 48240 If the property is eventually sold at foreclosure sale, the redemption period will be 6.00 months from the date of sale unless the property is abandoned or used for agricultural purposes. If the property is determined abandoned in accordance with MCL 600.3241 and/or 600.3241a, the redemption period will be 30 days from the date of sale, or 15 days after statutory notice, whichever is later.
