Said mortgage was assigned to: CitiFinancial Servicing, LLC, by assignment dated October 16, 2014 and recorded January 12, 2015 in Liber 1688 Page 453, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of Sixty-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-Seven Dollars and Sixty-Nine Cents ($69,677.69) including interest 10.45% per annum. Under the power of sale contained in said mortgage and the statute in such case made and provided, notice is hereby given that said mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them, at public vendue, Circuit Court of Isabella County at 10:00AM on February 26, 2015 Said premises are situated in Township of Union, Isabella County, Michigan, and are described as: Part of the Northeast Quarter (NE One-Quarter) of the Northeast Quarter (NE One-Quarter) of Section 2, Town 14 North, Range 4 West, Union Township, Isabella County, Michigan, described as beginning West along the North Section line, 70.35 feet from the Northeast corner of Section 2; thence continuing West along said North Section line, 284 feet; thence South at right angles to said North Section line, 313.90 feet to the Northerly right of way line of the C & O Railway; thence North 42 degrees 08 minutes 15 seconds East, along said Northerly right of way line 423.30 feet back to the place of beginning. Commonly known as 4878 E Baseline Rd, Mt Pleasant MI 48858 The redemption period shall be 6 months from the date of such sale, unless determined abandoned in accordance with MCL 600.3241 or MCL 600.3241a, in which case the redemption period shall be 30 days from the date of such sale, or upon the expiration of the notice required by MCL 600.3241a(c), whichever is later; or unless MCL 600.3240(17) applies. If the property is sold at foreclosure sale under Chapter 32 of the Revised Judicature Act of 1961, under MCL 600.3278, the borrower will be held responsible to the person who buys the property at the mortgage foreclosure sale or to the mortgage holder for damaging the property during the redemption period.
