Foster, a single woman, original mortgagor, to the United States of America, acting through the Farmers Home Administration, United States Department of Agriculture, Mortgagee, dated May 1, 1992, and recorded on May 1, 1992 in Isabella County records, Michigan, in Liber 748, Page 315, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of One Hundred Ten Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Nine and 74/100 Dollars ($110,769.74), including interest at 8.25% per annum. Under the power of sale contained in said mortgage and the statute in such case made and provided, notice is hereby given that said mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them, at public vendue, at the place of holding the circuit court within Isabella County, 300 N. Main Street, Mt. Pleasant, Michigan 48858 at 10 AM on Thursday, July 9, 2015. Said premises are commonly known as 8245 E. Baseline Road and are situated in the Township of Denver, Isabella County, Michigan, and described as The South 264 feet of the East ½ of the following described parcel: Part of the Southwest ¼ of the Southwest ¼ of Section 33, Town 15 North, Range 3 West, Denver Township, Isabella County, Michigan, described as beginning at a point on the South Section line, which is South 89°56’ East 330 feet; thence North 0°19’20” East 331.61 feet along the West North-South 1/8 line; thence North 89°55’35” West 330 feet; thence South 0°19’20” West 331.65 feet to the point of beginning. The redemption period shall be 6 months from the date of such sale, unless determined abandoned in accordance with MCL 600.3241a, in which case the redemption period shall be 30 days from the date of such sale.
