MORTGAGE SALE - Default has been made in the conditions of a mortgage made by Timothy D. Andersen and Debra L. Except any portion of the above description included in a parcel described as a strip of land 66 feet wide lying 33 feet on each side of a center line described as beginning on E & W 1/4 line of Section 18, T13N, R4W, 410.85 feet West of the 1/4 post between Sections 17 and 18; thence Northeasterly along the arc of a 14 degree curve to the left 643.45 feet to the Section line between Section 17 and 18, 410.85 feet North of the 1/4 post, being a part of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 18, T13N, R4W, Michigan. The redemption period shall be 6 months from the date of such sale, unless determined abandoned in accordance with MCLA §600.3241a, in which case the redemption period shall be 30 days from the date of such sale.
