A DELEWARE CORPORATION, Mortgagee, dated JULY 29, 2002, and recorded on AUGUST 23, 2002 in Liber 12101 Page 639, Macomb County Records, Michigan, and assigned by SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT BY ITS ATTORNEY-IN-FACT KONDAUR CAPITAL CORPORATION to KONDAUR CAPITAL CORPORATION, AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF MATAWIN VENTURES TRUST SERIES 2014-2, by an assignment dated NOVEMBER 4, 2014, and recorded on NOVEMBER 06, 2014 in Liber 23099, Page 513, Macomb County Records, Michigan, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of One Hundred Twenty-Eight Thousand, Three Hundred Sixty-Eight and 28/100 Dollars ($128,368.28), including interest at 6.875% per annum.
